  When IBM WebSphere SDK is installed along with WebSphere
  Application Server Liberty, the SDK overrides the default
  SSLSocketFactory and SSLServerSocketFactory providers in the
  java.security file.  This causes the featureManager command
  from Liberty to fail to obtain features.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the failure, removed the overriding of the
  SSLSocketFactory and SSLServerSocketFactory providers in the
  IBM WebSphere SDK.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
