Error description
When we try to create a health policy by using command line, it report a NPE like this: wsadmin>$AdminTask createHealthPolicy { -name myHealthPolicy -description "My Health Policy" -reactionMode SUPERVISE -addCondition { -type CUSTOM -expression "ODRServerMetric_FromServerStart$errors > 100L" } -addAction {{HEAPDUMP 1}{CUSTOM 2 GenerateThreadDump} } } WASX7015E: Exception running command: "$AdminTask createHealthPolicy { -name myHealthPolicy -description "My Health Policy" -reactionMode SUPERVISE -addCondition { -type CUSTOM -expression "ODRServerMetric_FromServerStart$errors > 100L" } -addAction {{HEAPDUMP 1}{CUSTOM 2 GenerateThreadDump} } }"; exception information: java.lang.NullPointerException: java.lang.NullPointerException Although there is something wrong with my input, it should tell me what's wrong with my input, if just report me a NPE, I don't know what should I do next.

Problem conclusion
The command now throws a CommandValidationException, pointing out that "null" is not a valid target server name, when server name is unspecified. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.3.
