Error description

• When trace is turned off and a purge of a previously purged batc
  job occurs, the resulting JobIDNotFoundException is lacking a
  failure message.

  The detailMessage field on java.lang.Throwable was being set
  in the path where trace was not enabled instead of the message
  field on JobIDNotFoundException itself.
  

Problem conclusion

• The message field on the JobIDNotFoundException is now being
  set in the path where trace is not enabled.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
