• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The binaryLog command is missing the records containing new line
  characters while filtering using message pattern. Therefore
  missing out the expected result.

  newline character in them, though the message is expected to
  be filtered, as it matches the search criteria.
  

Problem conclusion

• The message filtering for BINARYLOG command is updated to
  handle the messages with newlines to not miss out any expected
  results.

  fix pack 8.5.5.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
