Error description

• On Microsoft Windows operating systems, .tmp files were created
  every time wsadmin.bat, serverStatus and stopServer ran.

  not clean up the OSGi .tmp temporary instance files located
  under this directory:
  <PROFILE_ROOT>/configuration/org.eclipse.core.runtime\manager.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is revised to clean up the OSGi temporary instance files
  when wsadmin, serverStatus and stopServer exit.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
