Error description

• The server package command can fail without any warnings or
  errors when using loose config with relative paths.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The server package produces an empty    *
  *                      zip file when packaging a server that   *
  *                      uses loose configuration with           *
  *                      relative paths.                         *

  Files that are located outside of the wlp directory hierarchy
  can not be added to the zip file produced by the server
  package command. Currently, the package command silently fails
  when it encounters one of these files. In this case, the
  output of the server package command will be an empty zip
  file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The server package command was updated to take into account
  loose configuration files with relative paths.
  Additionally, a warning will be issued that indicates that
  these files will not be included in the output of the server
  package command.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
