Error description

When we configure LDAP repositories with Directory Type Custom
from the WebSphere Application Server administrative console,
context pool checkbox is unchecked but traces shows that
context pool is enabled. We are not providing any default
configuration for custom LDAP repository type so it should be
unchecked (disabled) by default and traces should also show
the same.

When Custom LDAP repository is configured in Federated
Repository, context pool checkbox is unchecked(disabled) on
the administrative console, but context pool is enabled
internally.

Problem conclusion

This fix corrects the code to disable contextPool by default
for Custom LDAP repository configuration.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.35, 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the
