• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The message that is displayed when an on demand router is
  created from the administrative console is causing confusion
  about the On demand router. Change the message to clarify the
  confusion.

Problem conclusion

• Changed alert in the console for the On Demand Router to
  indicate that much of the function of the on demand router is
  now available in the strategic alternative, Intelligent
  Management for web servers.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
