APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a load error occurs because a symbol is not found it
  indicates that something was not built correctly in the module.
  In 8.5.5.0 there was some enhanced function added to the plugin
  for apache based webservers.  The apr_* prefix is an apache api
  (and the symbol which could not be found).   When the code is
  built, certain sections are run thru the compiler multiple
  times with different compiler directives to enable and disable
  portions that are relevent for the particular operating system
  and webserver being produced. The issue was that one of these
  passes was not correctly disabling a section because the
  directive was not defined.

  The plugin build process had the wrong directive in place
  during the compile which created an unnecessary dependancy on
  libraries not available.
  

Problem conclusion

• The build process has been corrected so the unnecessary
  dependencies are removed.

  fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
