Error description

• The Admin Center Explore tool does not always accurately
  represent the state of applications, servers, hosts and
  clusters.

  Certain operations outside of Admin Center would result in the
  status of servers, clusters and applications being
  misrepresented.
  

Problem conclusion

• Various visual design changes to improve reliability of status
  displays in Admin Center Explore were added. Servers, clusters
  and applications should now reflect the correct status when
  the state changes.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
  for delivery information:
