  Context variables were not being initialized when certain path
  were taken when logging into the console after session
  expiration.
  

Problem conclusion

• Initialized variables that are necessary when executing the
  path that executes when workspace changes are required.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
