Error description

A NullPointerException while processing Blueprint for an OSGi
Application prevents the Blueprint from being effected
properly.  An FFDC records the NullPointerException:

The NullPointerException cuts short the processing of the
Blueprint and as a result the Blueprint container for the
application is not completely set up.  Some or all of the
Blueprint is not effected.

Problem conclusion

This APAR updates the version of Equinox with backports for
the following bugs:

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
