Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Batch job can not be restarted on the   *
*                      endpoint server because of error        *
*                      CWLRB5815E.                             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The endpoint runtime does not clean up job in setup state and
dispatched state on start up.

Problem conclusion

On start up, the endpoint runtime has been udpated to recover
job in setup state and dispatched state.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
