Error description

• When undeploying an application, an IllegalStateException may
  be output to the logs. The application continues to undeploy
  successfully.

  During application cache clean up, an IllegalStateException is
  reported. The exception does not affect normal operation and
  can be ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IllegalStateException is no longer reported to the system
  logs.
