The problem can also lead an install/update application job failure with an error message "CWWSY0300E: Problem while processing updateApplication operation." while the job is submitted via an job Manager.
Problem conclusion
The command implementation is revised so existing application client bindings are merged when application installs/updates are performed. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.4.
