Problem description:  The following wsadmin command was
executed on the job manager

The update of the application fails with the following message:

Local fix

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: AdminTask.applyConfigPropeties()        *
*                      command ignores the application client  *
*                      bindings when the application           *
*                      properties file contains                *
*                      "useDefaultBindings=true", which can    *
*                      cause application install/update        *
*                      failures.                               *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
AdminTask.applyConfigPropeties() command ignores the
application client bindings in when the application properties
file contains "useDefaultBindings=true", which can cause
application install/update failures.
The problem can also lead an install/update application job
failure with an error message "CWWSY0300E: Problem while
processing updateApplication operation." while the job is
submitted via an job Manager.

Problem conclusion

The command implementation is revised so existing application
client bindings are merged when application installs/updates
are performed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
