Error description

• If a job has not been dispatched to an endpoint yet, the BJEE
  name is null in the JOBSTATUS table.  This causes the following

  If a job has not been dispatched to an endpoint yet, the BJEE
  name is null in the JOBSTATUS table. This causes
  NullPointerException when the runtime parses BJEE name data.
  

Problem conclusion

• The runtime code has been updated to handle empty BJEE
  name.  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for
  inclusion in fixpack 8.0.0.5. Please refer to the Recommended
