  Due to a security enhancement in WebSphere Application
  Server 8.5.5.2, the value of "Health condition" type is
  validated when creating a new Health policy. However, "Garbage
  collection percentage condition" was not added to the list of
  valid condition types. Instead, "Age-based condition" is
  selected.
  

Problem conclusion

• "Garbage collection percentage condition" has been added to the
  list of valid health condition types.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
