• Manually create those user-defined ports on a new profile.

Problem conclusion

• The command implementation is modified so that a newly
  defined server port in an extracted properties file is
  created with AdminConfigProperties.applyConfigProperties()
  command.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
