If the plugin generation is issued from a base profile created
from a Network Deployment installation, then plugin generation
    will fail.

Problem conclusion

  • Plugin configuartion generation was using the installed
product to determine the query string to locate its mbean.
When a base profile was created from a Network Deployment
installation, plugin would attempt to query based upon Network
Deployment instead of Base. Changed the code to look at
runtime information instead of installation information.
