Error description
The password field is not populated in the console for CSIv2 Outbound, Global security > CSIv2 outbound communications > Use identity assertion > Specify an alternative trusted identity After a valid username and password are entered and saved any further changed in this panel will cause it be removed from the configuration. This could cause org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION errors.

Enter the password when making changes in this panel.

Problem conclusion
The password value is input back into the form when other values are changed so the user doesn't have to reinput the password. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.37.
