The expiration time may be a while ago compared to current time

If trace is enabled, it shows the expiration is coming from
Authorization token.  This apar updates authorization token
clean up logic.

In some scenarios, a cache key is supplied by WebSphere
Process Server.  This cache key was not being handled properly
by WebSphere Application Server, leaving propagation token on
the thread.  This token may be retrieved days or weeks
after it is cached causing LtpaToken expiration error.
This apar applies to the same environment where PM15658 is
applicable.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.37, 8.0.0.10, 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to
the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
