Error description

• The problem only exists when installing a WebSphere
  Application Server and a JDK interim fix together. When
  installed, if the WebSphere Application Server's JDK bit
  (32-bit, or 64-bit) does not match the interim fix's bit,
  Installation Manager will issue a block message and stop the
  installation. The problem is that you will only see an English
  message only no matter what system locale you are using.

  When installing a WebSphere Application Server and a JDK
  interim fix together, if the WebSphere Application
  Server's JDK bit (32-bit, or 64-bit) does not match the
  interim fix's bit, Installation Manager will issue a block
  message and stop the installation. The problem is that you
  will only see an English message only no matter what system
  locale you are using.
  The cause is that the English message was delivered in fix
  pack 8009 while translated messages were not delivered in fix
  pack 8009.
  

Problem conclusion

• The interim fix of this APAR is to patch fix pack 8.0.0.9 with
  the translated messages.
  
  The fix has been in fix pack 8.0.0.10 already via
  PI12816.  Please refer to the Recommended Updatespage for
