Error description

• The cachespec.xml generated by WDT causes an error to appear
  in the Liberty console when it is validated by dynacache.
   The webCache feature functions as expected, however.

Problem conclusion

• The parsing of a WDT generated cachespec.xml has been modifed so
  an error no longer appears in the Liberty profile console.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
