Error description

• There is a problem when SNMP trap actions is included in
  the Garbage Collection action steps
  

Local fix

• Remove SNMP trap action from the list of actions for the Garbage
  Collection health policy.

  This problem occurs when Health controller tries to obtain SNMP
  details from health sensors. Health sensors for Garbage
  Collection
  health policies work differently than other sensors. This caused
  SNMP details to be accessed incorrectly leading to the
  exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
