Error description

• If the server is stopped while an SSL connection is still
  reading or writing, it's possible that the server could fail
  to stop.

  If the server is stopped while an SSL connection is still
  reading or writing, it?s possible that the server could fail to
  stop.
  

Problem conclusion

• The messaging client code will no longer attempt to close SSL
  connections when the server is shutting down. Instead, the
  connections will always be closed by the SSL runtime.
  
  The fix
  for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
