Elements would be missing from the copied tree and result in
data corruption. This happens only when an original node and
it's copy reside in the same tree.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem was caused by mistaking an original node for it's copy
and vice versa. Changes were made to detect when a copied node
moves into the same tree as it's original node. The new
algorithm handles the scenario differently to avoid data
    corruption.
