Error description

• An InitializationException (CWWIM5045E) is thrown by the
  copyIdMgrFilesForDomain command and the command does not
  complete successfully and no traces logged about the
  reason for failure.

  An InitializationException (CWWIM5045E) is thrown by the
  copyIdMgrFilesForDomain command and the command does not
  complete successfully and no traces logged about the reason
  for failure. As the reason is not known determining the
  corrective action becomes difficult.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added checks in common failure places to determine that the
  target directory for copying domain files exists and is
  writable. Also added traces to ensure that the reason for
  failure is logged in the trace.log file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the
