Error description
Paths on the command-line of the featureManager tool and other product tools are always relative to the install directory rather than being relative to the current working directory. This only happens when using the UNIX tool scripts on Windows.

Problem conclusion
The UNIX scripts for product tools on Microsoft Windows operating systems are changed to use the cd command to return to the original directory. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.
