Due to a bug in the code, updates in smtp-server is not picked
up.

Problem conclusion

The code is updated to use new smtp-server for Certificate
Expiration Monitor.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
