Error description

• When loading all the jars under dev folder in Liberty profile
  home as OSGi bundler, the
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.thirdparty.jaxrs_1.03  bundle will
  not be in resolved status as expected.

  The reason that the
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.thirdparty.jaxrs_1.03  bundle could
  not be resolved is that the imported packages this bundle
  depends on are missed.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed by exposing the required packages for the
  com.ibm.websphere.appserver.thirdparty.jaxrs_1.03  bundle. Then
  this bundle can be resolved properly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is
  currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please
  refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
