  Upon restart of a Parallel Job Manager job, any subjobs over
  the maximum concurrent subjobs limit must be added to a list
  to be submitted once a currently executing subjob finishes.
  The list was not being initialized resulting in a
  NullPointerException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to ensure the subjob submission
  waiting list is initialized in the restart job path.
  
  APAR PI26642 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.5 of WebSphere Application Server.
