Error description
Javacore produced shows: "java/lang/StackOverflowError" The thread in error shows native routine SAFCredentialsServiceImpl.ntv_isMixedCasePWEnabled calling java to write a trace. In order to write the trace native, routine ntv_mapDirectByteBuff is called which then calls java to write a trace. This results in a loop though because it needs to call native routine ntv_mapDirectByteBuff again to write the trace. loop is at com/ibm/ws/zos/core/utils/internal/NativeUtilsImpl.ntv_mapDirect ByteBuff er(Native Method) at com/ibm/ws/zos/core/utils/internal/NativeUtilsImpl.mapDirectByte Buffer(N ativeUtilsImpl.java:127) at com/ibm/ws/zos/core/utils/internal/DirectBufferHelperImpl.mapDir ectByteB uffer(DirectBufferHelperImpl.java:341) at com/ibm/ws/zos/core/utils/internal/DirectBufferHelperImpl.getSeg ment(Dir ectBufferHelperImpl.java:311) at com/ibm/ws/zos/core/utils/internal/DirectBufferHelperImpl.getSli ce(Direc tBufferHelperImpl.java:160) at com/ibm/ws/zos/logging/internal/NativeTraceHandler.getTraceObjec ts(Nativ eTraceHandler.java:370) at com/ibm/ws/zos/logging/internal/NativeTraceHandler.writeNativeTr ace(Nati veTraceHandler.java:349)
