Error description
This APAR addresses multiple Collective Replica issues: . 1. ServiceRegistrationException was thrown when creating a node in Collective replica 2. RuntimeException was thrown when removing a replica from a replica set 3. Frappe server was not available when terminating one replica from a replica set 4. Replica set was stuck when leader of two node replicas was taken down 5. IP address was not resolved correctly when a replica has multiple IP addresses 6. Unable to add a replica 7. NullPointerException occurred when removing nodes from replica 8. Failed to start a configured replica

Problem conclusion
