PI26930: MAIL VALIDATION IS TOO STRICT FOR SECURITY NOTIFICATION EMAILS

Error description

Email addresses with local domains currently return as an
invalid e-mail address in security panels when setting email
addresses for notifications.

In the console under :
ssl certificate and key management > manage certificate
expiration  > notifications > message log,
E-mail notification.

When you Input  XYZ@ibm.akzy (where akzy is the local domain).

Console returns msg:
"The field, E-mail address to add, should be a valid e-mail
address."

Non-standard domain-named email address couldn't be validated
by our email address validator.

Problem conclusion

Changed how the email address is validated through regular
expression.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.37, 8.0.0.10, and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to
