Error description

Presently user can not see the result of optimized trace spec
after setting it from wsadmin

Presently if you set a trace specification from wsadmin then
it will not result in optimized trace spec. Instead you need
to check it by running another command

Problem conclusion

New operation has been added to the TraceService Mbean which
will return optimized trace when user will try to set any
trace spec.

Usage:-

wsadmin>AdminControl.invoke(AdminControl.completeObjectName("typ
e=TraceService,process=server1,*"), "setTraceSpecification",
"*=all:*=info")
'*=info'

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.37,8.0.0.10, and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
