Error description
When minifying an empty server (one with no features defined), the wlp/lib/features folder is not created because no features are included in the minified server. Problem conclusion
The fix for this APAR is to create the missing features directory during the server package (minify) operation if it is possible to do so. If it is not possible (for example, the current user lacks write permission), the package command will issue a more useful error message. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.
