APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR addresses two build issues encountered in the JSP
  and JSF projects.  The first is that there are versioning
  errors in the TLD Jars, which are resolved by updating the
  bundle versions.  The second is that the TLD Jars did not
  contain properly qualified package names in the Export-Package
  header, which is resolved by adding explicit package names.

  Errors in the bundle version numbers of the JSP and JSF TLD jars
  were exposed during development.  Additionally, incorrectly
  qualified package names were found in the Export-Package headers
  of the TLD jars.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JSP and JSF build configurations were updated to resolve the
  issues.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for
  inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
