  When the server is being stopped, some FFDC data, which
  indicates that there was an error in the user registry, is
  logged but it is normal during shutting down the server. This
  might be misleading.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the FFDC data is no longer logged.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
