Error description

• Customers may get in a situation where they retain a LTPA SSO
  token for a token that has already been logged out on a
  server.  This will provide an option so that token will not be
  able to do a SSO login on that server again.

  Customers may get in a situation where they retain a LTPA SSO
  token for a token that has already been logged out on a server.
  This will provide an option so that token will not be able to do
  a SSO login on that server again.
  

Problem conclusion

• New options provided to track logged out LTPA tokens.   When
  tracked a user will not be able to log back into that server
  with the LTPA token.   To enable add <webAppSecurity
  trackLoggedOutSSOCookies="true" /> to the configuration.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
