APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• System garbage collection(gc) is getting called explicitly
  every 5 seconds, causing very high CPU.
  

Local fix

• Reduce maxpercent to less than 100, such as 99, then the
  frequency of the GC should go down.

Problem conclusion

• To avoid frequent garbage colletion(gc)calls we corrected
  the garbage colletion calculation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
