Error description

• The ExternalCacheGroup does not work in webCache-1.0 when
  specified in the server.xml,

Problem summary

  The port of the external cache group function to the Liberty
  Profile was not complete.
  

Problem conclusion

• The porting of the external cache group function from
  traditional IBM WebSphere Application Server was completed.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
