Error description

• 1) "Fine grained option for monitor feature" is both long
  and doesn't adequately explain what the attribute is (a
  filter). It should be reworded.
  
  2) PMI is an acronym, so should be capitalized.

Problem conclusion

• The Issue is fixed by captilizing acronym ("PMI" ) and by
  replacing group names (for example:
  ThreadPool,Session,ConnectionPool from
  threadpool,session,connectionpool ) to thier Alphabetically
  correct names.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted
  for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the
