    session id is not available to the target of the request.

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When a client adds a new session id to a request the new session
    id is not available to the target resource of the request using
    the ServletRequest.getRequestedSessionId()  API.

Problem conclusion

  • If a client sends a session id to the server it will now be
    available using the ServletRequest.getRequestedSessionId() API
    unless the request is already associated with a valid server
    created session id. However, note that a client created session
    id is not a valid session id. The fix for this APAR is
    currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4. Please
