    ****************************************************************
This APAR addresses three different symptoms.

    1) When Liberty
profile was queried for which features were available, by
running "java -jar bin/tools/ws-featurelist.jar", the resulting
featureList.xml file included some "features" which are really
internal Liberty components and not available for use outside
the Liberty implementation code. This has been corrected to list
only features which can actually be specified in the Liberty
    profile configuration.

    2) When Liberty profile recognized that
the contents of its configuration directory had changed, and was
performing an automatic reconfiguration of the running server,
users would occasionally see problems such as:

junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: Should have been able to
    delete the file <filename>
            at
    com.ibm.ws.kernel.filemonitor.fat.AbstractNotificationTest.delet
    eFile(AbstractNotificationTest.java:141)
            at ...

    This
was due to thread conflicts during the process of stopping and
restarting features within Liberty. It was generally harmless,
but unnecessarily confusing. We have changed the code to prevent
    this conflict.

    3) Under a very specific set of circumstances:

    1. An interim fix is installed
        2. The server is copied
somewhere else before any clean start has occurred (thus
modifying the timestamps of the files)
        3. The new copy of
the server is then warm started

... the interim fixes were not
being correctly reported in that new copy of the server, They
would work correctly at runtime if the server was used as it
stood, but if the server was Minified the interim fixes would
not be correctly copied into the Minified image and would not be
applied there. We have corrected this error.
