RPA(Runtime Performance Advisor) was detecting and logging
False alarm when Garbage Collection (GC) Policy was being set
as "Gencon"

Problem conclusion

Code has been modified in order to correct the behavior of
RPA Analysis

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
