Error description
The XAFlowBackControl has been re-worked so that it works correctly on Liberty. The facility is to be used in a test environment and should only be enabled under the guidance of L3 Service. The facility can be used to analyse and test XA Flows between the Liberty Tran Manager and Resource Managers but should only be used in specific circumstances as advised by L3. It is enabled by setting a custom property, com.ibm.ws.Transaction.fvt=true. But to use it, the customer needs to provide a user feature. Hence the L3 guidance.
