Error description

• Some of the Liberty profile feature display labels, which are
  shown in the WebSphere Developer Tools configuration editor
  panels, are translated into the locale being used to run the
  tool.  These labels are proper names and should not be
  translated.  The translation may cause confusion.

  Some of the Liberty profile feature display labels, which are
  shown in the WebSphere Developer Tools configuration editor
  panels, are translated into the locale being used to run the
  tool.  These labels are proper names and should not be
  translated.  The translation may cause confusion.
  

Problem conclusion

• The translation of these strings has been removed and the proper
  names have been restored.  These strings are generated into the
  XML file output by the "bin/featureManager featureList" command,
  and are used by the WebSphere Developer Tools configuration
  editor.  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for
  inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
