APAR status

Error description

• If running its application on Liberty profile,
  ClassNotFondException is thrown for the following classes.
  
  * com.ibm.ISecurityLocalObjectBaseL13Impl.CSIClientRI
  * com.ibm.ejs.ras.RasContextSupport
  * com.ibm.ISecurityLocalObjectBaseL13Impl.ClientRIWrapper
  * com.ibm.ws.activity.remote.cos
  .ActivityServiceClientInterceptor
  * com.ibm.ws.wlm.client.WLMClientInitializer
  * com.ibm.debug.olt.ivbtrjrt.OLT_RI
  
  This was due to that orb.properties file has entry against those
  classes. However those classes are not shipped with Liberty
  Profile, so ClassNotFondException to be thrown.
  

Local fix

• Replace the contents of orb.properties with the following
  entries,
  
  # IBM JDK properties
  org.omg.CORBA.ORBClass=com.ibm.CORBA.iiop.ORB
  org.omg.CORBA.ORBSingletonClass=com.ibm.rmi.corba.ORBSingleton

  . PortableRemoteObject

  This was because the orb.properties file has an entry against

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to remove the full profile WebSphere Application
  Server plugin properties from orb.properties.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
