Error description

• When sending or receiving WebSphere Optimized Local Adapters
  (WOLA) requests using the zosLocalAdapters-1.0 feature,
  between CICS and a WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
  Liberty Profile server instance, excessive contention of the
  MVS local lock may be seen.  The lock contention is a result
  of calls to MVS service STORAGE OBTAIN by the WOLA cod which
  runs in the CICS address space.

• Code was added to pool storage which is used as dynamic area by
  the WOLA modules.
