Error description

• New zip files created under /tmp by Liberty profile (via its
  use of org.apache.aries.util.filesystem.impl.FileSystemImp)
  as it installs the EBA package are not getting deleted.

  The InputStreamClosableDirectory.cleanup() method was not called
  on close because the client code called close on the wrong
  wrapper class.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed so that the
  InputStreamClosableDirectory.close() method was called which
  invokes cleanup correctly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:

Temporary fix

• Delete any files named inputStream*.zip from the temporary
  directory
